The Ministry’s Commitment to Integrity
The Office of Certification is committed to the highest standards of professional transparency. Every certificate, letter of endorsement, and official document issued by The Stanley Garland Ministry is authenticated by the Official Ministry Seal and the signature of the Ecclesiastical Authority.
This page outlines the procedure for independent third parties (e.g., employers, academic institutions, or prospective clients) to verify the current standing and authenticity of any individual or entity certified by the Ministry under the Ecclesiastical Standard for Media and Ethical Rigor (ESMER).
Verification Procedure
Verification is a two-step process conducted by the Ministry’s administrative office:
Step 1: Required Information
The verifying party must provide the following information from the original certificate or letter of endorsement:
- Full Name of Certified Individual/Entity: (As listed on the certificate).
- Certification Type and Tier: (e.g., ESMER Tier 2).
- Date of Issuance: (Found on the certificate).
- Ministry Certificate Reference Number (MCR#): (Unique alphanumeric code assigned by the Ministry at the time of issue, printed on the certificate).
Step 2: Submission and Authentication
Verification requests must be submitted exclusively via the Ministry’s official contact forum:
(Subject Line should read: CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION REQUEST – [Name of Individual])
Your message has been sent
The Director of Certification will compare the submitted information against the Ministry’s permanent registry. A formal response, confirming the validity, tier status, and current good standing of the certificate holder, will be returned to the verifying party within five (5) business days.
Important Note on Status
The Ministry Certificate Reference Number (MCR#) is critical. Any document lacking this number, or bearing a seal that cannot be authenticated by the Ministry, is considered void and fraudulent.
The Ministry reserves the right to revoke certification for any violation of the ESMER ethical standard or the Articles of Ecclesiastical Governance. Verification confirms the individual’s status as of the date of the request.
