A Sovereign Call for Infrastructure: Building the National R&D and Press Gallery

As the Grand Kingdom of Emuþia conducts its current Vaeliskoda Elections, as we mature into our Constitutional Four-Pillar System, the requirements for Specialized, Professional, and Technical Expertise have grown beyond the capacity of any one office. To ensure the Kingdom remains a leader in National Candor and Strategic Innovation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of Organized Crime Control (OOCC) hereby issue a formal Call for Infrastructure.

We are seeking the Adults in the Room—individuals who wish to apply their real-world skills to a sovereign context, we are seeking specialized authorities to help build the intellectual and physical infrastructure of our state.

I. Independent Research & Development (R&D) Pool

We are opening the rolls for Independent Researchers. Unlike OOCC agents, these contributors are not locked into security or space-related tech. We are seeking expertise in:

  • Sociology & Law: Refining the interplay between our parliamentary houses.
  • Ecology & Biology: Supporting our sustainable future and green initiatives.
  • Economics: Developing models for Emuþian trade and resource management.
  • General Sciences: Any field that provides a fact-based foundation for our nation.

The Workflow: Researchers operate independently but submit their findings to this office. Selected white papers (under open-source licenses such as CERN-OHL-P) will be published in the Gazette as Authorized Research Documents.

II. The Gazette Press Gallery (Contributor Model)

To maintain the Gazette as a Royal Record, we are seeking Writers, Journalists, and Media Creators.

  • Strict Editorial Oversight: No contributor will have direct posting access.
  • Submission Process: All drafts must be submitted to the Director for vetting and editing. This ensures every article meets our standards and remains free of disinformation.
  • Goal: To provide the citizens with an objective, professional account of the Kingdom’s growth.

III. Civilian Consultants (FAAB)

Per Ministerial Decree No. 3, we are seeking Civilian Consultants to join the Foreign Affairs Advisory Board.

  • Role: Assist in the diplomatic vetting of foreign states using the FPDA criteria.
  • Diplomatic Envoys: Exceptional consultants may be tapped for specific diplomatic missions to represent Emuþian interests abroad.

IV. Technical Foundry Liaisons (Physical Manufacturing)

The Ministry recognizes a need for physical infrastructure. We are seeking individuals with access to 3D printers and fabrication tools.

  • Mission: To manifest physical state artifacts, including the many Knightly Honors we have, as well as hardware prototypes for our ongoing research.

Vested Authority

Participation in these roles is an act of sovereign service. By contributing your skills, you are helping to anchor the pillars of our state and ensuring that Emuþia remains a beacon of professionalism and truth in the micronational world.

A Message from the Director

As I watch our Kingdom grow, I am reminded of why we started this journey. Building a nation is more than just writing laws or designing flags; it is about the people who believe in the vision enough to lend their talents to it.

I am incredibly proud of how far we have come. Whether you are a Researcher, a Writer, or a Maker, your voice and your hands are what make Emuþia real. I look forward to working alongside each of you to build something that lasts—a Kingdom where truth, kindness, and innovation are the standards we live by every day.

Thank you for being part of this story.
